White lotus is an endless source of creative inspiration for the La Elegance team for traditional wedding ceremonies. This type of flower is not only challenging to design because it is not easy to combine with other flowers or accessories, but is also very difficult to care for and preserve to ensure freshness and blooming on the day of the ceremony. During the ancestral ceremony of CD-CR Thuy Tien – Vu Minh, La Elegance advised the two of them on a minimalist and completely pure design that only featured white Guan Yin lotus flowers with lotus leaves and daisies. lotus, combined with a bit of warmth of wood, rattan and bamboo in the dry winter weather of December in Hanoi. The ceremony took place warmly in an intimate space, with tea and cakes and jam, and joy from the families and relatives of both sides at CD-CR’s engagement ceremony on December 2, 2022.
The space background at the bride’s house also had wooden panels and brick panels to create warmth, so the backdrop was designed with a white background and we only uses one kind of flower which was pure white lotus to create feeling of clarity and purity.
The tables for welcoming guests were also decorated with only lotus flowers and leaves.
With the entrance gate, we incorporated rattan in the frame and a touch of ceramics also created more traditional vibe for the overall look.
