To discuss and understand the initial requirements, wedding mood board, couple’s style in general.

After the client finalizes a venue (or you already chose a venue), please give us initial images of that venue. We can provide preliminary consultancy, propose concepts and send an estimated quotation for each categories based on what you want and what will match with that venue.

If the client finds the concept and quotation reasonable, we can set up a site inspection. The fee for site inspection is free for venues/locations in Ho Chi Minh City or within 25 kms from the center of the city. For destination weddings, the fee will be around USD 230 – 350/a trip depending on the distance. Please note that the fee for site inspection will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Based on the results of the site inspection, we may/may not adjust the concepts and will send you the final quotation.

The client gives us feedbacks on that concept and quotation and we adjust those files until the two parties mutually agree on the final results.

Sign the wedding service contract. We require 30% advanced payment right after you sign contact.

Design a 2D layout or sketch a concept illustration and send it to the clients for approval.

The two parties discuss to figure out the final layout design. Please note that we don’t limit the times of the design feedbacks and adjustment. We put the client’s satisfaction first. After the final layout design is decided, the client will pay 40% of the contract value. The other 30% will be paid within 05 days after the wedding day.

Summary of the payment method: 30% after signing the contract, 40% after finalizing the concept & layout design and 30% after the wedding day.
